Good price and fair

The folks at the airline ticket centre really go the extra mile to provide fantastic service! Today, Mike assisted me with some flights I had booked online. There was an issue with the payment, but he stayed on it until everything was sorted out. In this digital age, it’s such a breath of fresh air to chat with a real person who’s there to help! This company is truly outstanding!

This was my initial time arranging a trip through an online agent. We chatted on the phone maybe a couple of times and mostly communicated via email. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt that my agent, Judy Padlesky, was really doing her utmost for us. She responded quickly to my different emails. I haven't taken my trip yet, but working with Judy has been fantastic.

Booking my flight was a breeze, and I found a better deal than what I spotted on Google Flights. They also sorted out my credit card problems fast and clearly.

Awesome support and a fantastic deal that I couldn’t spot anywhere else. I was still waiting for my ticket by late afternoon after I booked it in the morning, but as soon as I reached out to them, it came through immediately. I was on hold for under five minutes. A bit of a bummer with the wait, but they handled it well in the end.
